I waited all summer long to try Atria Cafe, and now I am regretting it! Atria Cafe Is A Breakfast Treat In Edgartown. Atria offers a fabulous in-town breakfast, and let’s not forget that there is parking there as well.
The most amazing pastries, coffee, and mimosas await at Atria for you Thursday – Sunday, 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., but often they are sold out by 10:00 a.m. It’s best to get there earlier rather than later.
I knew the pasties would be amazing, but what I wasn’t prepared for was how lovely it would be sipping on a mimosa in the morning on the outdoor patio. Why did I have such confidence? Well, Georgia Macon is the baker for these yummy bites. I fell in love with Georgia’s croissants when she was at Behind the Bookstore a few years ago, and could not wait to be spoiled by her baked creations again!
Atria Cafe Is A Breakfast Treat In Edgartown – The Breakfast Menu
The outdoor space at Atria is fabulous. I have always enjoyed being under the tent too. I even had my 40th birthday party there (many years ago). So, if I can meet a friend and enjoy a morning there, I am going to.
Georgia supplies some of the classics daily – her croissants include plain, pain au chocolat, and ham and cheese. These are always crowd-pleasers, and you would not believe how good her ham and cheese croissants are. I think about them often because they are so delicious.
She also offers at least one new item a week – whether it’s a fun new savory croissant or a sweet treat. Maybe even both if you’re lucky! Offerings differ as the seasons change, and Georgia gets inspired. So, you never know what you may find there.
When we went, there was an excellent assortment including Roasted Red Pepper Twists (made with Island peppers), Roasted Garlic Pull-Apart Bread, hand pies, biscuits with Hot Honey Butter, and more. You know that butter was beyond good. I want it in my fridge for everyday use. There were other items available as well. So much baked goodness to choose from!
Atria Cafe Is A Breakfast Treat In Edgartown – Only at Atria
My friend Trish and I had an assortment of Georgia’s beauties. We ordered mimosas, having already had our fill of coffee for the day before meeting, and grabbed a corner table.
Here we savored and discussed each item at length. Both agreeing that the ham and cheese croissant was our favorite. We also really enjoyed the pull-apart bread, and the twists.
While we really enjoyed the breakfast, the space is fantastic as well. There is something very relaxing about that space. It’s a little slice of heaven in busy Edgartown. Oh, and the service was great too! The staff was all smiles and very friendly. It was an experience that I would recommend to anyone who wants great pastries!
When I spoke with Georgia, Atria plans to keep breakfast going through the early Fall, but that the hours for Cafe Atria will most likely change. So, I would definitely call before going – (508) 627-5850.
