The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court.
July 21
Kurt Tesch, 63, of West Tisbury, was arraigned on Feb. 21 charges in Vineyard Haven of assault, threatening to commit a crime, and disorderly conduct. Released on personal recognition and payment of $150 counsel fee, and with further conditions to stay away from and have no contact with alleged victim. Pre-trial hearing scheduled for Sept. 6.
Olivia Cappola, 25, of Edgartown, was arraigned on July 19 charges in Oak Bluffs of drunken driving, a marked lanes violation, speeding at a rate exceeding the posted limit, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Released upon payment of $100 bail. Pretrial hearing scheduled for August 18.
Glenn J. Pachico, 63, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on Jan. 28 charges in Vineyard Haven of assault and battery and a subsequent offense of disorderly conduct. Defendant released on personal recognition. Pretrial hearing scheduled for August 29.
