Book Your Martha’s Vineyard Vacation Rental Ferry Reservations Go On Sale Tuesday – Car Ferry Reservation Tips
As we mentioned earlier, car ferry reservations go on sale Tuesday morning, and popular summer weekends sell out quickly. If this is your first time making online reservations, we have some tips for you:
- Before Tuesday, make sure you have registered and set up an account with the Steamship Authority and have a profile number. This will greatly speed things up when you go online for your reservation. Profile sign-up link here
- Be ready to log onto the Steamship Authority website at 5 AM. We know it’s early but reservations for popular weekends in July and August usually sell out in a day or two. Steamship Authority website booking link
Advance reservations are only needed if you’re bringing your car. Walk-on passenger tickets are not an issue.
