The Massachusetts Department of Public Health will be launching Get Boosted, a program incentivizing Covid-19 vaccination in rural or under boosted communities, on the Island later this month.
First and second dose vaccinations and boosters will be available for free at the Martha’s Vineyard Sexual and Reproductive Health clinic, located at 517 State Road in Vineyard Haven, on Saturday, March 18 and Friday, March 24 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Massachusetts residents who participate will receive a $75 gift card to a community retailer while supplies last.
Anyone six months and older who has not received a Covid-19 vaccination or booster since Sept. 22, 2022 is eligible. No health insurance, ID or appointment is required.
