ACE MV, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the education and workforce training needs of Vineyard residents, has received a $50,000 grant from the West Chop Community Fund. The award will enable ACE MV to expand its early childhood education cohort program, which serves future educators.
Through enhanced funding, ACE MV will provide students with funding for tuition support, books, professional development services and childcare, increase community-building through cohort-learning and develop a Brazilian-Portuguese language cohort around a credit-bearing course required for Vineyard residents to be licensed as early childcare providers.
