Music
There will be three new vendors this year, including Shaking Crab.
Boston Calling is making sure that concertgoers will be well-fed for the performances.
The music festival, which is coming back to the Harvard Athletic Complex from May 24-26, will see both new and returning vendors eager and ready to feed music lovers and foodies alike.
There are some new vendors on the list ready to make their Boston Calling debut, including mac and cheese variations from The MacBar, Thai dishes from Ricen, and seafood choices from Shaking Crab.
A slew of return vendors will also be present this year. The Smoke Shop BBQ is coming back with their Ultimate BBQ Cone, which is filled with burnt ends, pimento mac and cheese, pit beans, coleslaw, and pickled jalapeños. Greco will be dishing out authentic pork and chicken gyros, PieSons Pizza will be cooking up wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizzas. Roxy’s Grilled Cheese, Lily P’s Fried Chicken, Dumpling Daughter, and more will also be making appearances.
Those with platinum tickets have special access to menus from some of Boston’s top chefs. On Friday, Ken Oringer of Faccia a Faccia will be featured. Saturday brings out returning chef Will Gilson of Puritan and Co., and Sunday will showcase Joanne Chang of Myers + Chang.
A selection of beers and hard seltzers will be offered again this year, including Miller, Heineken, Truly, and Twisted Tea. Josh Cellars will provide wine offerings for the second year in a row.
