The Vineyard Haven Band invites interested musicians to join as it begins the 2021 summer concert season. The band plays a repertoire of concert band music which means instrumentation consists of woodwinds, brass and percussion. The band welcomes those who play clarinet, alto, tenor and bari sax, french horn, trombone, baritone horn, trumpet, tuba and percussion.
The band rehearses on Monday nights at the Oak Bluffs Sailing Camp from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. Concerts take place Sunday nights in the bandstand at Owen Park in Vineyard Haven and in Ocean Park in Oak Bluffs.
