Confirmed cases of Covid-19 continued to decline on the Island, with 12 new cases reported for the week ending Saturday, Oct. 30, and just one more case in the two days since.
Case counts began to decrease last week after creeping up for three weeks.
Half of the 12 new cases were in people who were fully vaccinated, and one was an individual who was partially vaccinated, four were in unvaccinated people, and the vaccination status of one was unknown.
The age of people who contracted the virus was widely distributed, ranging from one case in a child under 10 to one case in an individual over 70. The largest concentration — three cases — was in people 30-39.
